He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand Harvey and Shirley Harvey (Anderson); and his brother Paul Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Donna Harvey (Propatier); his daughter Lisa Luke (Richard II) of Westbury, NY.; his grandson Richard Luke III; and his siblings, Bernadette Welch (Greg) of North Branford, CT, Anne Doyon of Island Pond, VT and James Harvey (Lisa) of Attleboro, MA.
