It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis C. Burnham (West Warwick, Rhode Island), who passed away on July 31, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Carlton E. Burnham Sr.; her sibling Lillian Earle; her child Carlton E. Burnham Jr.; and her grandchild Carlton E. Burnham III. She is survived by: her siblings, Esther McKenzie, Alice Watson, Annie Massey and Norman Craig; her children, Lori B. Mageau (Norman), Duane C. Burnham (Michelle) of Coventry and Lois Burnham-Smith; and her grandchildren, Jennifer L. Mageau, Cory J. Burnham, Jessica S. Brough and Zachary P. Burnham.
