He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Vitalo-Ciolli and Lucy Vitalo-Ciolli (Padula); his daughter Kate E. Harrigan; and his brother Edward Vitalo Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Elisa M. Vitalo of Los Angeles; his grandchildren, Caroline E. Harrigan and Jacob P. Harrigan; and his sister-in-law Lola Vitalo.
