Costa of Cranston and Darleen J. Costa-Quezada (Ahmed) of West Warwick; his siblings, Norman Lewis of Barrington, Ruth Simoes of Florida, Julia Stoppello of Providence, Laura Straight of Wakefield, Shirley Boisvert of Narragansett and Marguerite "Peggy" Hey of Narragansett; his grandchildren, Xavier Quezada, Zaniel Quezada and Dorian Quezada; his pet Jack; and his siblings, James Lewis and Priscilla Hudson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
