She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred E. Oakes and Elizabeth L. Oakes (Boyer); and her sister Suzanne Oakes. She is survived by: her husband Peter B. Machado; her sons, Vincent D. Machado (Shawnann) of Coventry, Peter B. Machado, Jr. of Coventry and Christopher P. Machado (Ariana) of Warwick; and her brother Alfred Oakes of West Warwick. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
