She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Gagne and Blanche I. Gagne (Kowalik); and her sibling Shirley Gagne. She is survived by: her uncles, Raymond Gagne of West Warwick and Francis Kowalik of Warwick; and her friend Carol M. Puterko of West Warwick.
