She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Healey and Rita Healey (Boyle); and her sister Carolyn Butler. She is survived by: her husband Richard G. Antonellis of West Warwick; her daughters, Kristen McGovern (Stephen) of Walpole, MA and Katie D'Amico (Richard) of Cranston, RI; her grandsons, Colin and Brendan McGovern; and her sister Janice Healey of Coventry, RI. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and loving extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Patty's friend, Carolyn Kullberg, to the Cure Alzheimer's Fund.
