He was predeceased by: his spouse Marie D'Arezzo (Martin); and his parent Pasco D'Arezzo. He is survived by: his parent Lena D'Arezzo (DePetrillo); his children, Dawn Baker (Mark) of West Warwick, Angela Ledoux (Paul) of Warren and Pasco D'Arezzo III of Warwick; his grandchildren, Jessica, Amanda, Robert, Andrew, Matthew and Caleb; and his siblings, Richard D'Arezzo (Marie) of Cranston and Angela Taylor (Cornelius) of Warwick.
