He was predeceased by: his wife Lola J. Plaziak (Compton); his parents, Stanley Plaziak and Eva Plaziak (Gadoury); and his children, George, Mary and John Plaziak.
He is survived by: his sons, Dwayne J. Plaziak of West Warwick and James G. Plaziak of West Warwick; his grandchildren, Brian, Jennifer, Corey, Joshua and Jacob Plaziak; and his great grandchildren, Kyla, Hope and Lola.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Prata-Gallogly Funeral Home (78 Providence St, West Warwick, RI 02893). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the John and James Church (20 Washington St, West Warwick, RI 02893). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the St. Mary Cemetery (70 Church St, West Warwick, RI 02893).
