With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Terry Phillips of West Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 10, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Phillips and Donna Phillips (Young); his sister Sharyn Phillips of West Warwick; and his close friend Gail Ruiz of East Greenwich.
