He was predeceased by: his former wife Rochelle L. Osenkowski (Rossignol); his parents, Mieczyslaw J. "Meddie" Osenkowski and Czeslawa P. "Jessie" Osenkowski (Stukus); and his brothers, Edward P. "Edgue" Osenkowski and Stanley Matthews.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Osenkowski (DePalo); his brothers, Robert Osenkowski and Ronald C. Osenkowski; and his pets, Tazi, Sage and Star. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Iannotti Funeral Home (415 Washington St, Coventry, RI 02816). A requiem service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Saints John & James Church (20 Washington St, West Warwick, RI 02893).
