She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Balcerzak and Josephine Balcerzak (Antoniak); and her brother Johnny Balcerzak. She is survived by: her extended family America; her children, Tammy DeCesare, Christina Booth, Leanne DeCesare and Mark Antoniak; her grandchildren, Israel, Ireland, Elijah, Justis, Oliver and Everly; and her sisters, Eileen Collins and Theresa Smith. She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, and extended family.
