Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Maria Mazzenga of West Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Coventry, Rhode Island, who passed away at the age of 95, on June 29, 2020. She was predeceased by: her husband Giovanni "John" Mazzenga; her parents, Giuseppe Moretti and Mariana Moretti (Fera); her son-in-law Michael Nicholls; and her brother Angelo Moretti.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Mazzenga (Brenda) of Warwick, Lucy Santurri (David) of West Warwick, Josephine Nicholls of West Warwick, Rita Petrarca (Kevin) of Newburg, NY and Tina Zampa (Gerald) of Escondido, CA; her sister Oliva Petrilli (Frank) of West Warwick; and her grandchildren, Michael Mazzenga (Stephanie Holbert), Christopher (Ryan Santurri), Lauren Kazarian, Cory Nicholls and Nathan (Evan Petrarca). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to a charity of one's choice in her memory would be appreciated.
