She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacinto Santos and Alexadrina Santos (Machado); her daughter Maria M. Mallette; and her sibling Leonel Santos. She is survived by: her children, Celeste, Jose F. Brazil (Julia) of West Warwick, Anna M. Hurst (Randolph) of West Warwick and Maria Neli Silveira; and her siblings, Alvarino Santos and Antonio Santos. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Research Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 would be appreciated.
