He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Willis Jr. and Margaret Willis (Hickey). He is survived by: his sons, Morgan Willis of Warwick and Duncan Willis of Providence; and his brothers, Christopher Willis of Narragansett and James "Jay" A. Willis III of Warwick.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home (659 E Greenwich Ave, West Warwick, RI 02893). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
