He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis L. Kelley (Carr); his parents, Louis B. Kelley and Rose M. Kelley (Victory); his son David P. Kelley; and his sisters, Madeline Morton and Rita Banes. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
