It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorraine Dowiot (West Warwick, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 7, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph E. Dowiot, Jr.; and her parents, Ralph Olney and Madeline Olney (DeMars). She is survived by: her children, Ronald Dowiot (Roshelle) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Deborah Buxton (Paul) of Warwick and Kim Samos (Bart) of Providence; and her sister Barbara Leclerc. She is also survived by five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
