We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2020, at the age of 36, Katie Lee Baxter of West Warwick, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by her grandparents, Donal, Beatrice Sullivan, Norman Baxter Sr. and Lois Robb Fortune. She is survived by her parents, Frances Baxter (Sullivan) of West Warwick, RI and Norman Baxter Jr. of Richmond, RI.; her step-mother Tammy Baxter of Richmond, RI; her fiancé Josh Machado; her siblings, Irving Baxter, Laura Baxter, and Norman D. Baxter; and her step-sisters, Shannon Tift and Taylor Charest. She is also survived by two nieces and six nephews, several aunts and uncles.

Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
