He was predeceased by: his sibling Elwood Petty. He is survived by: his children, Jason B. Petty of West Warwick and Kerri L. Beverly (Troy) of Coventry; and his siblings, Merry Joy Heisler (Fred) of Piqua, OH and Logan Petty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
