He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Jervis (Card); his parents, James Thomas and Elizabeth Ann Jervis (Wingate); and his siblings, Harry Jervis, Richard Jervis, Jean Ferguson and Ann Palumbo.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Chickering (David) of Martha's Vineyard, Bonnie Jervis (Jim Gomes) of Coventry, RI and Ethan Jervis (Lori) of Richmond, RI; his grandchildren, Thomas Jervis, Derek Jervis, James Caldarone, Laura McConnon, Ethan Jervis, Jr., Ian Chickering and Sarah Chickering; and his siblings, Fred Jervis, Betty Jervis-Fisher and David Jervis.
