He is survived by: his parents, James Howard Kenney Sr. and Grace Lillian Miller; his siblings, Lieutenant Colonel and Michelle Lee Hoeflinger (Erik); his nephew James Howard Kenney III; his great-nephew Aidan Elijah Hernandez; and his nieces, Elizabeth Grace Kenney, Brianna Lynn Hernandez and Elizabeth Rae Kelly.
