She was predeceased by: her spouse Americo John Carbone; her parents, John Gizzarelli and Wanda Gizzarelli (Taratuta); and her daughter-in-law Janice Carbone. She is survived by: her children, Judy Bruner (Nathan) of San Diego, CA, JoAnn O'Grady of Scituate, RI and John D. Carbone of Monroe, NY; her sisters, Diane Burns of Melbourne, FL and Linda Bertrand of Rumford, RI; and her grandsons, Jacob, Lucas Bruner and Sean O'Grady.
