He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Carr and Gertrude Carr (Lane); and his children, Jennifer Carr, James M. Carr, Jr., Thomas Ruggieri, Joshua Carr and Jerimiah Carr. He was also cherished by Three sisters, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
