She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley L. Slezak; her parents, Louis Boudreau and Germaine Boudreau (Lague); and her son Michael S. "Willie" Slezak. She is survived by: her daughter Debra A. Humphrys (Mark) of Cranston; her grandchildren, Cailin Fiore (Michael) of Worcester, Massachusetts and Dilan Humphrys (Vani Racheva) of Cranston; and her brothers, Roger Boudreau (Deborah) of West Warwick and Paul Boudreau (Suzanne) of West Warwick.
