She was predeceased by: her spouse Edouard J. Picard; her parents, Thomas McGinnis and Adelaide Ida McGinnis (Frechette); and her sister Mary Jane Lemieux. She is survived by: her daughters, Pauline C. Madsen (Niles J. Madsen) of Warwick and Diane D. George (Michael J. George) of North Providence; her grandchildren, Victoria Marie George and Timothy Jerome Madsen; and her siblings, Juliette Tilton of Berlin, Lionel McGinnis, Beatrice McGinnis, Sgt. Alexander McGinnis (U. S. Army), Roland McGinnis and Laurier McGinnis, Sr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
