He was predeceased by: his son Andrew of Shapleigh, Maine.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mayer (Blanchette); his children, Christopher of Warwick, Kimberly of Warwick and Gregory of Warwick; and his stepgranddaughters, Vanessa and Valarie Pucino. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandson.
