She was predeceased by: her husbands, Edward Furtado, Sr. and George Lafond; and her parents, Manuel Silva and Mary Silva (Rego). She is survived by: her children, Nadine Podgurski, Edward Furtado, Jr. and Paula Parlatti; her siblings, Eileen Godin and Thomas Silva, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Amy Muschiano, Marissa Molnar, Adam Molnar and Amanda Pietroforte. She is also survived by her eight great-grandchildren.
