He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen M. Cunningham (Warfield); his parents, Glen V. Cunningham and Thelma Cunningham (Musgrave); his grandson Carl Cunningham; and his daughter-in-law Cynthia Cunningham (Kenney).
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Cunningham (Laurie), Glen V. Cunningham III (Deborah), Allan Cunningham (Barbara), Edward Cunningham (Lynette) and Carl Cunningham (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Kenneth, Cindy, Toni, Trish, Christine, Glen, Patrick, Jessica, Michael, Donnie, Nicholas, Matthew, Ellen, Robin, Christopher and Ethan.
