He was predeceased by: his parents, Aquilino Antonaccio and Margaret Antonaccio; and his wife Madeline Antonaccio (Palazzo). He is survived by: his children, Debra (Nelson Quiles) and John Jr. (Lisa); and his great grandchildren, Debra Rose and Joshua John. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
