She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph G. E. Belanger; her parents, Stanislaus Gareau and Elizabeth Ellen Gareau (McShane); her daughter Judith Ann Belanger; and her brother Clement Gareau.

She is survived by: her children, Jeanne E. Lessard (Louis) and James E. Belanger (Deborah) of Coventry; her grandchildren, Tracy, Louie, Joseph, Matthew, Aimee, Laurie, Richard, Julie and Terez; and her siblings, Theresa Dauphinais, Alberic J. Gareau and Norman Gareau. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter.
