He was predeceased by: his wife Muriel I. Picard (Barrette); his parents, George E. Picard and Loria F. Picard (Thuotte); and his sister Therese Blais. He is survived by: his daughters, Margie Hasley (Scott) of Woodbridge, VA and Susan DeLisi (Leo, Jr.) of Franklin, TN; his grandchildren, Lauren Szuman, Zachary Hasley and Matthew DeLisi; his great grandchild Landon Szuman; and his brother Joseph "Norman" Picard.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in his memory would be appreciated.
