In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Frederick leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Frederick may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Handrigan and Rita Handrigan (Davenport); and his brother Irving Handrigan. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ouellette of Smithfield, RI, Colleen Dorian (Handrigan) of Coventry, RI, Donna Goyette (Raymond) of Griswold, CT and Brian Handrigan (Beth) of St. Louis, MO.; his great grandchildren, Addison and Violetta; and his sister Patricia Lacroix (Handrigan).
A reception will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice, so they may continue their mission of providing compassionate care to all, regardless of financial means.
