It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence G. Masse (West Warwick, Rhode Island), who passed away on April 20, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest N. Masse; her parents, John L. Snow and Dora Snow (Mayer); her son Ernest L. Masse; and her sisters, Cecile Picard, Rita J. Pelletier and Doris Jarbeau.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn A. Anderson of West Warwick and John D. Masse of West Warwick; her grandchildren, Ernest "EJ" Masse, Johnathon Masse, Matthew Masse, Brian and Amy Anderson; and her sister Yvonne Cornell. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Prata-Gallogly Funeral Home (78 Providence St, West Warwick, RI 02893). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (854 Providence St, West Warwick, RI 02893). A burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Mary Cemetery (70 Church St, West Warwick, RI 02893).
