She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Alves and Harriet Alves (Pierce). She is survived by: her siblings, Manuel Alves Jr. (Sharon) of Cranston and Rose Alves of Arizona; and her nieces and nephews, Gemini and Christine Alves.
