He was predeceased by: his son Douglas A. Girard; and his sister Lorraine Budziak. He is survived by: his wife Lucille M. Girard (Pimental); his sons, Stephen K. Girard (Sandra) of West Warwick and Michael K. Girard (Adrienne) of Warwick; his siblings, Donald Girard of North Carolina and Carolyn Simmonton of Florida; his granddaughters, Stephanie Sawyer (Justin) and Shelby Girard; and his great grandchildren, Jacob and Irelyn Sawyer.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Church Organ Fund of Our Lady of Czenstochowa Church, 455 Washington Street, Coventry, R.I. 02816.
