With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene J. Danis Sr. (West Warwick, Rhode Island), who passed away on June 12, 2019 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Danis and Matilda Danis (Bruneau); his son Roland Danis; and his sister Irene Phaneuf. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Danis of Hope Valley, Eugene Danis of Cranston, Paul Danis of Pennsylvania and Jacqueline Foster of North Carolina; his stepchildren, Annette Leland of West Warwick, Eveline Hewitt of Florida and Ronald Valliere of Massachusetts; his daughter Lorraine Matolla; and his brother Normand Danis. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
