We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2020, at the age of 71, Estelle Rose (Napolitano) Foley of West Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo "Charlie" and Marie "Tootsie" Napolitano (Iannone); and her husband Charles P. Foley, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer L. Thomson (Joel) and Charles P. Foley, Jr. (Tracy); her grandchildren, Lily, Drew Thomson, Ava, Alexa and Brendan Foley; her brother Charles "Chappy" Napolitano; and her sister-in-law Diane Napolitano.
Face coverings must be worn and proper social distancing maintained, per state guidelines. Due to the current restrictions, her burial in St. Ann's Cemetery will be private.
