McGuirk (Crystal Erazo) of Greene and Wendy-Lynn McGuirk of West Warwick; her grandchildren, Robert, Kendra, Alexandra, Zachary, Aidan, Hannah and Liam McGuirk; her great grandchildren, Robert, Raydn, Ryan, Mariylah and Logan; and her siblings, Paul Levine of Cranston, Lou Levine of Warwick, Victor Levine of Massachusetts and Carl Levine of Woonsocket.
