He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Diamonte and Mary Diamonte (Silva); his son Dennis E. Diamonte; and his siblings, Manuel "Manny" Diamonte, William Diamonte, Louis Diamonte, Esther Lima and Lillian Forleo.

He is survived by: his significant other Maureen Diamonte (Anderson); his daughter Julie Rossi of Ashaway, RI; his grandchildren, Taylor Rossi of Houston, TX and Anthony Rossi of Warwick, RI; and his sister Mary Imbriglio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
