She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis J. Cornell and Charlotte (Watson). She is survived by: her husband Paul Lewis; her children, Troy L. Costa of Cranston and Darleen J. Costa-Quezada (Ahmed) of West Warwick; her grandchildren, Xavier Quezada, Zaniel Quezada and Dorian Quezada; her pet Jack; and her siblings, James Cornell of Cranston and Gail Regnier (Cornell) of Johnston.
