She was predeceased by: her parents, Stuart Collins and Patricia Collins (Fascio). She is survived by: her sisters, Doreen Collins and Debbie Collins; and her friends, Diana, Rhonda and Barbara. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, an aunt, cousins.
