He is survived by: his spouse Gayle Lee Clare (Jameson); his children, Patrick T. Clare-O'Brien, Nathan P. Clare and Micaela Adkins (Clare); his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Rowan and Calvin; and his siblings, Michael, Terrance, James Clare, Patricia Barth, Anne Annese, Kathleen M. Clare and Suzanne Laverdiere.
