Carolyn J. Kullberg Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn J. Kullberg of West Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 20, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Andruchow and Amy Andruchow (Turner). She is survived by: her spouse Glenn L. Kullberg; her children, Gregory G. Kullberg of Plymouth, MA and Jamie L. McElaney (Daniel) of Walpole, MA; her grandchildren, Graham, Theodore Kullberg, Morgan and Reese McElaney; and her brothers, Stephen (Patricia) and James Andruchow (Margaret) of West Warwick. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
