He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa A. Cinquegrana (Caimano); his parents, Angelo A. Cinquegrana and Louise L. Cinquegrana (Senerchia); and his siblings, James and Eleanor Caimano.
He is survived by: his children, Gina M. O'Connell (Brian) of Warwick, Stephen E. Courcy (Joy) of Westford, MA and Robert S. Courcy (Linda Gadoury) of West Greenwich; his grandchildren, Christopher O'Connell, Ronan O'Connell, Daniel Courcy and Andrew Courcy; his great grandchild Angela Courcy; and his sister Mary A. Pimentel (late Manuel Pimentel Jr.) of North Andover, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the pandemic, his funeral service followed by interment in Notre Dame Cemetery in West Warwick, will be private.
