He was predeceased by: his wife Jennie Costanzo (LaRocca); his parents, Joseph Costanzo and Assunta Costanzo (Raimondo); and his sister Philomena Notarianni. He is survived by: his children, Cecele Riel (Joseph) of Atlanta, GA, Joseph A. Costanzo (Jeanne) of West Warwick and Marie Costanzo-Simas (Gary) of West Warwick; his grandchildren, Kim Wilkins, Dawn Riel and Joseph A. Costanzo, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Milo Wilkins and Joseph A. Costanzo, III; and his siblings, James Costanzo, Nicolina Capoverdi and Mary Masterson.
