He is survived by: his wife Dolores Araujo (Monteiro); his son Elden Araujo; his granddaughter Victoria Araujo; his siblings, Olganda Pinheiro, Raquel Anahory, Adna Pereira, Luis Araujo, John Araujo and Abener Araujo; and his son Brian Araujo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
