He was predeceased by: his spouse Levon M. Petrarca (Lambert); and his parent Pietro Petrarca. He is survived by: his parent Angela Petrarca (Barbona); his son Andre M. Petrarca, Jr.; his wife Amanda Petrarca of Coventry; his grandsons, Lucas Petrarca, Nathan Petrarca and Adam Petrarca; his siblings, Edward Petrarca of Cranston and Carla Galassa; and also Joseph M. "Joey" Petrarca of West Warwick.
