He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Perry; his brother-in-law Roger Sylvestre, Jr.; and his parents-in-law, Roger Sylvestre, Sr. and Constance Sylvestre. He is survived by: his wife Linda Perry (Sylvestre); and his nieces and nephews, Scott Carnigan, Judy Gaulin, Keith Carignan, Derek Carignan and Jessica Nickerson.
