He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Proulx and Doris C. Proulx (Coutu). He is survived by: his wife Dianne A. Proulx (Corbeil); his children, Kimberly Patefield (Richard) of Coventry and Keith Proulx (Helen) of Coventry; his nephews, Aaron Coutu (Raymond Daignault III) of Pacoag, RI and Jay A. Coutu of Fredericksburg, VA; his niece Kerry Adams (Kevin) of Coventry; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Mathew Patefield, Robert Clancy and Devin Proulx.
