He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Tubman and Dorothy M. Tubman (Holmes); and his brother Jeffrey Tubman. He is survived by: his wife Paula J. Tubman (Perkins); his daughters, Kerri B. Rathbun (Gilbert) of West Greenwich and Stacy T. Pinhancos (Michael) of North Providence; his sister Judith Rivard of Foster, RI; and his grandchildren, Madison, Cody, Harper and Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
